| The house is a listed building since 1983. IGESPAR, the public institute responsible for monuments, notes “the simplicity and sobriety of the lines that characterize the building” and the harmonic implantation of the house, which, in a truly baroque prospect, is set in front of a large driveway lined with olive tree, that links it to the stone cross (the ”Cruzeiro”) at the entrance of the property.
